Module 2:  Letting go of limiting Beliefs: the windows in our walls

  • * Discover the core beliefs that block your Joy
  • * Learn How to release/ unlock those beliefs
  • * Replace the beliefs with a new story.

The Architecture of Joy: The Other 4 Courses:

The Architecture of Joy Course # 2 is:  Feeling our Feelings: the air we breathe in our house

The Architecture of Joy Course # 3 is:  Healing your Body through the Joy of Love: the materials we use in our house

The Architecture of Joy Course #4 is Expressing joy to be joy through Fun and laughter & the Magic of Joy: moving the furniture around in our house and having a party

The Architecture of Joy Course #5 is:  Choice of heart mind or ego mind to express Joy: going out the door of your house ; and  Wealth of Joy; Prospering through Joy: This is like choosing to live in a Mc mansion vs. "small is beautiful".

The 7 Key Pathways

I came to each of these pathways, or aspects of God, one at a time. As I said the Morning Prayer, I practiced each path for several weeks and even months. I practiced the same Pathway like Joy for several months before I heard the next word, which was Love. Each pathway word came to me after a long practice of the previous word and its pathway. Each word is a path home to ourselves. It is not necessary that you practice them in any order. Any path home to yourself is the right one. Pick the path that resonates with you and practice that path and the other practices found at the end of each course module. Then try another one. Keep a journal and write in your journal what transpires.

Transformation Happens with Intentional Action

When we detach from struggle, fear of bad decision-making, and the false beliefs that we hold about ourselves and the world, we can begin to live beyond the stories of our past and live an energetic life filled with ease, vitality, harmony, and abundance.

When you adopt the practices in this class, you will have the tools to live an authentic life without the distractions of living the life that someone else has defined for you. You will value yourself. You will have more energy, power, light, freedom, and fun. You will have the freedom to design a life beyond conditional happiness, with a greater capacity for ease, magic, and Joy . And maybe even a life beyond that.

God’s love is all there is. I came to this realization through the experience of Joy, and without the grief and loss that I experienced, I never would have found Joy. The incidents in our lives are really in divine perfection, and if we are only willing to let go of struggle, we would know it. Health, wealth, and wisdom are mere dances in that divine perfection.

Welcome and Ground Rules.

Welcome to the first of five courses found in The Architecture of Joy. Please finish the first course before you move on to the second. It should take a week. But you could spend a month. You can do the other courses in any order. If you must do health next because you have an issue with your body or wealth because you have an issue with your finances, then do that one. The only reason I ask you to do this one first is because it contains the introduction. Spend as much time as you need and then move on.

When I refer to God, I am also referring to Source or the Universe. I do not have a picture of God in my mind as if He were a deity or as if He were masculine. I mean to refer to the source of us all. I find it easiest to use the word God. If this disturbs you, please substitute Source or any other word you feel is appropriate.
